ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:

Submit by: Friday August 31st  

Selection Notification by: Sunday Sept 2nd (this gives you 3 weeks to plan and prepare)

Please submit abstracts before August 31st. (Even though we had to change the date of the code camp to one week earlier than our original plan, we'll leave the session submission open until the 31st and pick sessions as quickly as we can!) Our goal is to let everyone who submits abstracts be a speaker, so plan to come either way! However, we may not be able to fit in every session that's submitted. Sessions will most likely be 60 minutes or 75 minutes long, again, depending on how many sessions we are trying to fit into the day. 

If you are submitting multiple abstracts, put a number next to each iteration of your name e.g.

Sally Doe (1)

Sally Doe (2)

so that they will all be listed on session submission list. Otherwise, eventbrite groups them by unique name and you'll only see one of your sessions listed. (Don't worry, we'll see them all in admin mode.)
